The SPEAKER presented a petition of Mr. Gregory D. Watson, a citizen of Austin, TX, relative to urging Congress to enact legislation that would deny entry into the United States by persons claiming to seek asylum, unless such persons offer incontrovertible proof that their lives are genuinely in immediate danger; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
