Program for Thursday: Senate will continue consideration of the 
nominations of Jelena McWilliams, of Ohio, to be Chairperson, and to be 
a Member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance 
Corporation, post-cloture, and vote on confirmation of the nominations 
at 12 noon.
   Following disposition of the nominations of Jelena McWilliams, 
Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of 
James Randolph Evans, of Georgia, to be Ambassador to Luxembourg, 
Department of State. If cloture is invoked on the nomination, Senate 
will vote on confirmation thereon at 1:45 p.m.
