                         MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

  At 3:03 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the 

       H.R. 4. An act to reauthorize programs of the Federal 
     Aviation Administration, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 4744. An act to impose additional sanctions with 
     respect to serious human rights abuses of the Government of 
     Iran, and for other purposes.

  The message also announced that the House has agreed to the following 
concurrent resolution, in which it requests the concurrence of the 

       H. Con. Res. 118. Concurrent resolution authorizing the 
     printing of ``United States Capitol Grounds: Landscape 
     Architect Frederick Law Olmstead's Design for Democracy'' as 
     a House document.
