Oath of Office--Eighth Congressional District of Arizona: 
Representative-elect Debbie Lesko presented herself in the well of the 
House and was administered the Oath of Office by the Speaker. Earlier, 
the Clerk of the House transmitted a facsimile copy of the Certificate 
of Election received from the Honorable Michele Reagan, Arizona 
Secretary of State, indicating that, at the Special Election held on 
April 24, 2018, the Honorable Debbie Lesko was elected Representative 
to Congress for the 8th Congressional District, State of Arizona.

transmitted the text of a proposed Agreement for Cooperation between 
the Government of the United States of America and the

Concerning Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy, as well as his written 
approval, authorization, and determination concerning the Agreement, 
and an unclassified Nuclear Proliferation Assessment Statement

and ordered to be printed (H. Doc. 115-115).
