                        MESSAGES FROM THE HOUSE

  At 11:06 a.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bills, without amendment:

       S. 810. An act to facilitate construction of a bridge on 
     certain property in Christian County, Missouri, and for other 
     purposes.
       S. 1141. An act to ensure that the United States promotes 
     the meaningful participation of women in mediation and 
     negotiation processes seeking to prevent, mitigate, or 
     resolve violent conflict.

  The message further announced that the House has passed the following 
bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the Senate:

       H.R. 1235. An act to require the Secretary of the Treasury 
     to mint coins in recognition of the 60th Anniversary of the 
     Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
       H.R. 2061. An act to reauthorize the North Korean Human 
     Rights Act of 2004, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 2519. An act to require the Secretary of the Treasury 
     to mint commemorative coins in recognition of the 100th 
     anniversary of The American Legion.
       H.R. 3819. An act to amend title 38, United States Code, to 
     extend certain expiring provisions of law administered by the 
     Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.


                          Enrolled Bill Signed

  At 12:33 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the Speaker has 
signed the following enrolled bill:

       H.R. 3110. An act to amend the Financial Stability Act of 
     2010 to modify the term of the independent member of the 
     Financial Stability Oversight Council.
