Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate now proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following Senate resolutions which were submitted earlier today: S. Res. 137, Roosevelt University; and S. Res. 138, Providence College. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolutions by title en bloc. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 137) congratulating the administration, staff, students, and alumni of Roosevelt University on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the University. A resolution (S. Res. 138) congratulating the Providence College Men's Ice Hockey team for winning the 2015 NCAA Division I National Championship. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolutions en bloc. Mr. McCONNELL. I ask unanimous consent that the resolutions be agreed to, the preambles be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be laid upon the table en bloc. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
