CONGRATULATING THE PROVIDENCE COLLEGE MEN'S ICE HOCKEY TEAM FOR WINNING 
             THE 2015 NCAA DIVISION I NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
now proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following Senate 
resolutions which were submitted earlier today: S. Res. 137, Roosevelt 
University; and S. Res. 138, Providence College.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolutions by title 
en bloc.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 137) congratulating the 
     administration, staff, students, and alumni of Roosevelt 
     University on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the 
     University.
       A resolution (S. Res. 138) congratulating the Providence 
     College Men's Ice Hockey team for winning the 2015 NCAA 
     Division I National Championship.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolutions en bloc.
  Mr. McCONNELL. I ask unanimous consent that the resolutions be agreed 
to, the preambles be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be laid 
upon the table en bloc.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
