  At the request of Mr. Schumer, the name of the Senator from North 
Dakota (Mr. Dorgan) was added as a cosponsor of S. 348, a bill to amend 
the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make higher education more 
affordable, and for other purposes.


                                S. 1200

  At the request of Ms. Cantwell, the name of the Senator from New 
Jersey (Mr. Corzine) was added as a cosponsor of S. 1200, a bill to 
provide lasting protection for inventoried roadless areas within the 
National Forest System.

  At the request of Mr. Corzine, the name of the Senator from New 
Jersey (Mr. Lautenberg) was added as a cosponsor of S. 1272, a bill to 
amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to modify the

development of new DNA testing technologies, to develop new training 
programs regarding the collection and use of DNA evidence, to provide 
post-conviction testing of DNA evidence to exonerate the innocent, to 
improve the performance of counsel in State capital cases, and for 
other purposes.

the Attorney General to award grants to States to develop and implement 
State court interpreter programs.
