States the determination of the Congress, pursuant to the Congressional Budget Act, that for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1975: (1) the appropriate total budget authority is $374,900,000,000; (2) the appropriate new budget authority is $408,000,000,000; (3) the appropriate budget deficit is $74,100,000,000; (4) the recommended revenues are $300,800,000,000 (and legislation shall be submitted to each House to decrease revenues by $6,400,000,000; and (5) the appropriate public debt is $622,600,000,000.

Sets forth appropriate amounts for such categories for the period from July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976.
