                        MESSAGES FROM THE HOUSE

  At 11:33 a.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 1549. An act to require the Secretary of the Treasury 
     to conduct a study and report on the exposure of the United 
     States to the financial sector of the People's Republic of 
     China, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 3357. An act to amend the Securities Exchange Act of 
     1934 to require issuers with a multi-class stock structure to 
     make certain disclosures in any proxy or consent solicitation 
     material, and for other purposes.

  At 12:26 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the Speaker has 
signed the following enrolled bill:

       H.R. 1316. An act to amend the Export Contro1 Reform Act of 
     2018 relating to licensing transparency.

  The enrolled bill was subsequently signed by the President pro 
tempore (Mr. Grassley).
