SUPPORTING THE DESIGNATION OF MAY 29, 2025, AS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS 
                           IN AGRICULTURE DAY

  Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration and the 
Senate now proceed to S. Res. 143.

  The senior assistant bill clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 143) supporting the designation of 
     May 29, 2025, as ``Mental Health Awareness in Agriculture 
     Day'' to raise awareness around mental health in the 
     agricultural industry and workforce and to continue to reduce 
     stigma associated with mental illness.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the resolution 
be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motion to reconsider 
be considered made and laid upon the table.
