an Assistant Secretary, both of the Department of Agriculture, after

the nominations of Michael Cadenazzi, of Rhode Island, to be an 
Assistant Secretary of Defense, and Scott Pappano, of Pennsylvania, to 
be Principal Deputy Administrator, National Nuclear Security 
Administration, after the nominees testified and answered questions in 
their own behalf.
BUSINESS MEETING
Committee on Finance: Committee ordered favorably reported the 
nominations of William Kimmitt, of Virginia, to be Under Secretary of 
Commerce for International Trade, and Kenneth Kies, of Virginia, to be 
an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury.
