relating to ``Waste Emissions Charge for Petroleum and Natural Gas 
Systems: Procedures for Facilitating Compliance, Including Netting and 
Exemptions''.

  British-American Interparliamentary Group Conference:  The Chair, on

Democratic Leader, pursuant to 22 U.S.C. 2761, as amended, appointed 
the following Senator as Vice Chairman of the Senate Delegation to the 
British-American Interparliamentary Group Conference during the 119th 
Congress: Senator Whitehouse.

Training and Development:  The Chair announced, on behalf of the

a member of the Board of Trustees of the John C. Stennis Center for 
Public Service Training and Development for a six-year term: Thomas 
Daffron of Maine.
