Next Meeting of the SENATE

Senate Chamber
Program for Thursday: Senate will be in a period of morning business.
At approximately 11 a.m., Senate will vote on the motion to invoke
cloture on the nomination of John Ratcliffe, of Texas, to be Director
of the Central Intelligence Agency.
If cloture is invoked, there will be up to 2 hours of debate
followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination of John Ratcliffe.
Following disposition of the nomination, Senate will vote on the motion
to invoke cloture on the nomination of Peter Hegseth, of Tennessee, to
be Secretary of Defense.
