   MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE RECEIVED DURING ADJOURNMENT, 118TH CONGRESS


                          Enrolled Bill Signed

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2023, 
the Assistant Secretary of the Senate, on December 20, 2024, during the 
adjournment of the Senate, received a message from the House of 
Representatives announcing that the Speaker pro tempore (McHenry) had 
signed the following enrolled bill:

       S. 4367. An act to provide for improvements to the rivers 
     and harbors of the United States, to provide for the 
     conservation and development of water and related resources, 
     and for other purposes.

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2023, 
the Secretary of the Senate, on January 3, 2025, during the adjournment 
of the Senate, received a message from the House of Representatives 
announcing that the House has agreed to the following resolution:

       H. Res. 1626. Resolution relative to the death of James 
     Earl Carter, Jr., thirty-ninth President of the United States 
     of America.

  The message further announced that pursuant to section 1238(b)(3) of 
the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 
2001 (22 U.S.C. 7002), as amended, the Minority Leader appoints the 
following individual to the United States-China Economic and Security 
Review Commission effective January 1, 2025: Ms. Reva B. Price of Chevy 
Chase, Maryland.
