             and Mr. Lee):
       S. 5294. A bill to repeal requirements for reports on 
     unfunded priorities from the Department of Defense and the 
     National Nuclear Security Administration; to the Committee on 
     Armed Services.

       S. 5295. A bill to direct the Administrator of the Federal 
     Aviation Administration to enter into appropriate 
     arrangements with the National Academies of Sciences,

     health impacts of air traffic noise and pollution, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and 
     Transportation.

     to increase the limitations on contributions to health

     Security Act of 1974 to allow health marketplace pools to be 
     deemed an employer under section 3(5) of such Act for 
     purposes of offering a group health plan or group health

     on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.

       S. 5299. A bill to streamline the application process for 
     employers seeking H-2A agricultural workers, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on the Judiciary.

       S. 5300. A bill to authorize the Administrator of the 
     National Aeronautics and Space Administration to reimburse 
     the Town of Chincoteague, Virginia, for costs directly 
     associated with the removal and replacement of certain

     and Transportation.

     prohibit the consideration of childcare expenses in the
