       H.R. 9346. A bill to provide that persons having seriously 
     delinquent tax debts shall be ineligible for employment by 
     the Internal Revenue Service; to the Committee on Ways and 
     Means.
           By Mr. FONG (for himself and Ms. Spanberger):
       H.R. 9347. A bill to include the identification of 
     countries that are significant sources of xylazine in the 
     annual International Narcotics Control Strategy Report; to 
     the Committee on Foreign Affairs.
           By Mr. GARAMENDI (for himself and Mr. Johnson of 
             Georgia):
       H.R. 9348. A bill to amend title 46, United States Code, to 
     increase the general limit of maritime liability with respect 
     to an owner of a foreign vessel, and for other purposes; to 
     the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in 
     addition to the Committee on the Judiciary, for a period to 
     be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
           By Mr. HARDER of California (for himself and Mr. Van 
             Orden):
       H.R. 9349. A bill to amend the Tariff Act of 1930 to 
     provide that required country-of-origin labeling for any 
     agricultural product packaged in a can shall be on the front 
     label or top of such can, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on Ways and Means.
           By Mr. KENNEDY:
       H.R. 9350. A bill to direct the Secretary of Health and 
     Human Services, acting through the Director of the Centers 
     for Disease Control and Prevention, to revise part 71 of 
     title 42, Code of Federal Regulations, to allow for the 
     import of certain dogs without rabies vaccination 
     documentation or an import form, and for other purposes; to 
     the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
           By Mr. LaLOTA (for himself, Ms. Clarke of New York, Mr. 
             Bucshon, Ms. Matsui, Mr. Lawler, and Mr. Mrvan):
       H.R. 9351. A bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security 
     Act to modify certain limitations on disproportionate share 
     hospital payment adjustments under the Medicaid program; to 
     the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
           By Ms. NORTON:
       H.R. 9352. A bill to amend title XXVII of the Public Health 
     Service Act and title 5, United States Code, to require group 
     health plans, health insurance issuers offering group or 
     individual health insurance coverage, and Federal Employees 
     Health Benefits Program health benefits plans to meet certain 
     requirements with respect to medical child support orders, 
     and for other purposes; to the Committee on Energy and 
     Commerce, and in addition to the Committees on Ways and 
     Means, and Oversight and Accountability, for a period to be 
     subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

       H.R. 9353. A bill proposing a balanced budget amendment to 
     the Constitution of the United States; to the Committee on 
     the Judiciary.

       H.R. 9354. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 
     1986 to make certain temporary provisions relating to the 
     child tax credit permanent, to make such credit fully 
     refundable, and to increase the corporate tax rate; to the 
     Committee on Ways and Means.
           By Ms. PORTER (for herself and Mr. Pappas):
       H.R. 9355. A bill to enact House Resolution 895, One 
     Hundred Tenth Congress, (establishing the Office of 
     Congressional Ethics) into permanent law; to the Committee on 
     House Administration, and in addition to the Committee on 
     Rules, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
     Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
     fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
           By Ms. SCHRIER:
       H.R. 9356. A bill to require the Secretary of the Treasury 
     to establish a pilot program to provide grants to eligible 
     grantees to use for the purpose of providing low-interest 
     construction loans to eligible entities; to the Committee on 
     Financial Services.
           By Mr. TORRES of New York:
       H.R. 9357. A bill To direct the Director of the Secret 
     Service to ensure that any security perimeter is co-extensive 
     with the firing range of firearms likely to be used in 
     assassination attempts and to secure all elevated positions 
     within the firing range of firearms likely to be used in 
     assassination attempts; to the Committee on the Judiciary.
           By Mr. TORRES of New York:
       H.R. 9358. A bill to transfer the investigative 
     jurisdiction over payment and financial systems from the 
     United States Secret Service to the Department of the 
     Treasury, and for other purposes; to the Committee on the 
     Judiciary, and in addition to the Committees on Financial 
     Services, and Appropriations, for a period to be subsequently 
     determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of 
     such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the 
     committee concerned.
           By Mr. VAN DREW:
       H.R. 9359. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 
     1986 to repeal the inclusion in gross income of Social 
     Security benefits; to the Committee on Ways and Means.
           By Mrs. TORRES of California:
       H. Res. 1414. A resolution expressing support for the 
     recognition of August 18th through August 24, 2024, as 
     ``Warehouse Worker Recognition Week``, the national event 
     celebrating the workers in the logistics industry; to the 
     Committee on Education and the Workforce.
