                            LAKEN RILEY ACT

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the 
unfinished business is the vote on passage of the bill (H.R. 7511) to 
require the Secretary of Homeland Security to take into custody aliens 
who have been charged in the United States with theft, and for other 
purposes, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
