     subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for

     program of voluntary separation incentive payments for

       H.R. 8288. A bill to facilitate access to electromagnetic 
     spectrum for commercial space launches and commercial space

       H.R. 8289. A bill to require the Secretary of Health and 
     Human Services to promulgate a past due final rule with

       H.R. 8290. A bill to require certain flags of the United 
     States to be made in the United States, and for other

     Security to submit a report to Congress on counterterrorism

       H.R. 8292. A bill to require a report on Puerto Rico's 
     progress toward rebuilding the electric grid and detailing 
     the efforts the Federal Government is undertaking to expedite

       H.R. 8293. A bill to require a report on security

     Father Stan, a prominent human rights activist who died while 
     in custody of the Indian state on July 5, 2021, and

     his arrest, incarceration, and death; to the Committee on 
     Foreign Affairs.
