               HONORING THE MEMORY OF ADEN SPENCER PERRY

  Mr. CARDIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 659, submitted earlier today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 659) honoring the memory of Aden 
     Spencer Perry.

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection to proceeding to the 
measure?
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
