     concerning the Fifty-Third Anniversary of the Capture of the

     Hawaii, relative to Senate Resolution No. 157, requesting 
     Statewide implementation of the United Nations Universal

     the State of Ohio, relative to House Concurrent Resolution 
     No. 5, urging the United States Congress not to adopt H.R. 1 
     of the 117th Congress; to the Committee on House 
     Administration.

     Hawaii, relative to Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 165, 
     requesting the United States Congress to consent to the 
     enactment of Act 80, Session Laws of Hawaii 2017; to the

       ML-89. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the State of West 
     Virginia, relative to Senate Resolution No. 202, urging the 
     federal government to allocate $8 billion for coal mine 
     reclamation funding to the State of West Virginia to reclaim 
     forfeited mine sites and revitalize struggling West Virginia 
     coal communities, workers, and their families; to the 
     Committee on Natural Resources.

       ML-90. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the State of 
     Hawaii, relative to Senate Resolution No. 115, requesting 
     that the United States Congress pass a law that criminalizes 
     any act by a current or former law enforcement officer, 
     military personnel, or politician that is contrary to their 
     oath to uphold the constitution; to the Committee on the 
     Judiciary.
       ML-91. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the State of 
     Missouri, relative to Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 6, 
     urging the United States Congress to resist any attempt to 
     increase the number of Justices on the United States Supreme 
     Court; to the Committee on the Judiciary.
       ML-92. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the State of 
     Hawaii, relative to Senate Resolution No. 123, urging The 
     United States Congress, The Federal Aviation Administration, 
     and The Hawaii Department Of Transportation to take every 
     action necessary to address rapidly increasing safety risks 
     and community disruption resulting from insufficient 
     regulation of tour helicopter and small aircraft operations 
     throughout Hawaii skies; to the Committee on Transportation 
     and Infrastructure.

     urging the Congress to pass Advancing Uniform Transportation
