                                 PRAYER

  Monsignor Stephen J. Rossetti, Catholic University of America, 
Washington, D.C., offered the following prayer:
  Good and gracious God, we pray that You send down Your Holy Spirit to 
dwell in this place. May Your purifying light cast out all evil and 
darkness. May it cast out evil spirits of discord and division. May we 
welcome into our hearts Your unity, Your love, and Your peace. We pray 
this in Your holy name.
  Amen.
