     bill to implement the Agreement on the Conservation of

       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 1225. A 
     bill to establish, fund, and provide for the use of amounts 
     in a National Park Service and Public Lands Legacy 
     Restoration Fund to address the maintenance backlog of the 
     National Park Service, United States Fish and Wildlife 
     Service, Bureau of Land Management, and Bureau of Indian 
     Education, and for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept.

     impose criminal sanctions on certain persons involved in 
     international doping fraud conspiracies, to provide 
     restitution for victims of such conspiracies, and to require 
     sharing of information with the United States Anti-Doping 
     Agency to assist its fight against doping, and for other 
     purposes; with amendments (Rept. 116-251, Pt. 1). Referred to 
     the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. NADLER: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 2426. A bill 
     to amend title 17, United States Code, to establish an 
     alternative dispute resolution program for copyright small 
     claims, and for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-
     252). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the 
     state of the Union.
       Mr. HASTINGS: Committee on Rules. H. Res. 650. A resolution 
     providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 4617) to amend 
     the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to clarify the 
     obligation to report acts of foreign election influence and 
     require implementation of compliance and reporting systems by 
     Federal campaigns to detect and report such acts, and for 
     other purposes (Rept. 116-253). Referred to the House 
     Calendar.
