thereupon signed by the Speaker on Thursday, August 1, 2019:

       H.R. 2695. An act to rename the Success Dam in Tulare 
     County, California, as the Richard L. Schafer Dam.
       H.R. 3253. An act to provide for certain extensions with 
     respect to the Medicaid program under title XIX of the Social 
     Security Act, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 3877. An act to amend the Balanced Budget and 
     Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, to establish a 
     congressional budget for fiscal years 2020 and 2021, to 
     temporarily suspend the debt limit, and for other purposes.
