  The President notified the Clerk of the House that on the following 
dates he had approved and signed bills and a Joint Resolution of the 
Senate of the following titles:

           July 20, 2018:
       S.J. Res. 60. A joint resolution providing for the 
     reappointment of Barbara M. Barrett as a citizen regent of 
     the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution.
           July 27, 2018:
       S. 490. An Act to reinstate and extend the deadline for 
     commencement of construction of a hydroelectric project 
     involving the Gibson Dam.
       S. 931. An Act to designate the facility of the United 
     States Postal Service located at 4910 Brighton Boulevard in 
     Denver, Colorado, as the ``George Sakato Post Office''.
       S. 2734. An Act to designate the Federal building and 
     United States courthouse located at 1300 Victoria Street in 
     Laredo, Texas, as the ``George P. Kazen Federal Building and 
     United States Courthouse''.
           July 30, 2018:
       S. 2692. An Act to designate the facility of the United 
     States Postal Service located at 4558 Broadway in New York, 
     New York, as the ``Stanley Michels Post Office Building''.
           July 31, 2018:
       S. 1182. An Act to extend the National Flood Insurance 
     Program, and for other purposes.
           August 1, 2018:
       S. 2245. An Act to include New Zealand in the list of 
     foreign states whose nationals are eligible for admission 
     into the United States as E-1 and E-2 nonimmigrants if United 
     States nationals are treated similarly by the Government of 
     New Zealand.
       S. 2850. An Act to amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe 
     Water Rights Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of 
     amounts in the WMAT Settlement Fund.
           August 8, 2018:
       S. 2779. An Act to amend the Zimbabwe Democracy and 
     Economic Recovery Act of 2001.
           August 14, 2018:
       S. 770. An Act to require the Director of the National 
     Institute of Standards and Technology to disseminate guidance 
     to help reduce small business cybersecurity risks, and for 
     other purposes.
           September 4, 2018:
       S. 717. An Act to promote pro bono legal services as a 
     critical way in which to empower survivors of domestic 
     violence.

           September 7, 2018:
       S. 899. An Act to amend title 5, United States Code, to 
     ensure that the requirements that new Federal employees who 
     are veterans with service-connected disabilities are provided 
     leave for purposes of undergoing medical treatment for such 
     disabilities apply to certain employees of the Veterans 
     Health Administration.
           September 28, 2018:
       S. 97. An Act to enable civilian research and development 
     of advanced nuclear energy technologies by private and public 
     institutions, to expand theoretical and practical knowledge 
     of nuclear physics, chemistry, and materials science, and for 
     other purposes.
       S. 994. An Act to amend title 18, United States Code, to 
     provide for the protection of community centers with 
     religious affiliation, and for other purposes.
           September 29, 2018:
       S. 3479. An Act to amend title 38, United States Code, to 
     extend certain expiring provisions of law administered by the 
     Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.
           October 3, 2018:
       S. 2946. An Act to amend title 18, United States Code, to 
     clarify the meaning of the terms ``act of war'' and ``blocked 
     asset'', and for other purposes.
