       S. Res. 430. A resolution expressing support for the 
     designation of March 9, 2018, as a national day of 
     remembrance in honor of the life, legacy, and many 
     accomplishments of Billy Frank, Jr.; to the Committee on the 
     Judiciary.
           By Mr. GRASSLEY (for himself, Mrs. Feinstein, Mr. Cruz, 
             and Mr. Menendez):
       S. Res. 431. A resolution supporting the goals and ideals 
     of ``International Parental Child Abduction Month'' and 
     expressing the sense of the Senate that Congress should raise 
     awareness of the harm caused by international parental child 
     abduction; to the Committee on Foreign Relations.
           By Mr. JOHNSON (for himself and Mr. Murphy):
       S. Res. 432. A resolution congratulating the Baltic states 
     of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania on the 100th anniversary of 
     their declarations of independence; to the Committee on 
     Foreign Relations.
