``Counterterrorism Screening and Assistance Act of 2016''. The 
following bills were ordered reported, as amended: H.R. 4314 and H.R.

CHALLENGES
Committee on Homeland Security: Subcommittee on Transportation Security 
held a hearing entitled ``Transportation Security Acquisition Reform 
Act: Examining Remaining Challenges''. Testimony was heard from Steven

business meeting to consider a Member access request. The request for
