     Asia-Pacific region, and for the peaceful diplomatic 
     resolution of outstanding territorial and maritime claims and 
     disputes; to the Committee on Foreign Relations.

       S. Res. 413. A resolution recognizing 20 years since the 
     genocide in Rwanda, and affirming it is in the national
