  Mr. REID. I now move to proceed to Calendar No. 18, S. 388.

     appropriately limit sequestration, to eliminate tax 
     loopholes, and for other purposes.

     hereby move to bring to a close debate on the motion to 
     proceed to Calendar No. 18, S. 388, a bill to appropriately 
     limit sequestration, to eliminate tax loopholes, and for 
     other purposes.
