                    BILLS PRESENTED TO THE PRESIDENT

  Lorraine C. Miller, Clerk of the House reports that on July 27, 2009 
she presented to the President of the United States, for his approval, 
the following bills:

       H.R. 2632. To amend title 4, United States Code, to 
     encourage the display of the flag of the United States on 
     National Korean War Veterans Armistice Day.
       H.J. Res. 56. Approving the renewal of import restrictions 
     contained in the Burmese Freedom and Democracy Act of 2003, 
     and for other purposes.
       H.R. 2245. To authorize the President, in conjunction with 
     the 40th anniversary of the historic and first lunar landing 
     by humans in 1969, to award gold medals on behalf of the 
     United States Congress to Neil A. Armstrong, the first human 
     to walk on the moon; Edwin E. ``Buzz'' Aldrin, Jr., the pilot 
     of the lunar module and second person to walk on the moon; 
     Michael Collins, the pilot of their Apollo 11 mission's 
     command module; and, the first American to orbit the Earth, 
     John Herschel Glenn, Jr.
       H.R. 3114. To authorize the Director of the United States 
     Patent and Trademark Office to use funds made available under 
     the Trademark Act of 1946 for patent operations in order to 
     avoid furloughs and reductions-in-force, and for other 
     purposes.
