sands, crude, oil shale, biotars, agricultural wastes and industrial 
sludges, into more valuable forms of energy, such as clean, affordable 
gases, transportation fuels and heating oil.

Engineers to determine the engineering, economic, and environmental 
feasibility of constructing a flood control project within the Upper 
Trinity River Basin.
