  Mr. BOOZMAN. Madam Speaker, pursuant to the House Republican 
standards on earmarks, I am submitting the following information 
regarding earmarks I received as part of H.R. 2487--the Commerce, 
Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010

  Description of Request: The funding of $600,000 for the Arkansas 
School Resource Officer Program will be used to create a uniform School 
Resource Officer Program for Arkansas, which currently has no uniform 
standards, training guidelines or certification requirements for School 
Resource Officers. The funds will provide education and training for 
SRO's and school officials and provide safe school on-site assessments 
of Arkansas schools.

identification and rescue of Arkansas's methamphetamine-affected 
children.
