     Resolution providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 
     6304) to amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 
     1978 to establish a procedure for authorizing certain 
     acquisitions of foreign intelligence, and for other purposes 
     (Rept. 110-721). Referred to the House Calendar.
       Mr. FILNER: Committee on Veterans' Affairs. H.R. 2818. A 
     bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for 
     the establishment of Epilepsy Centers of Excellence in the 
     Veterans Health Administration of the Department of Veterans 
     Affairs; with amendments (Rept. 110-722). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union.
       Mr. OBERSTAR: Committee on Transportation and 
     Infrastructure. H.R. 2452. A bill to amend the Federal Water 
     Pollution Control Act to ensure that sewage treatment plants 
     monitor for and report discharges of raw sewage, and for 
     other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 110-723). Referred 
     to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the 
     Union.
       Mr. OBERSTAR: Committee on Transportation and 
     Infrastructure. H.R. 5001. A bill to authorize the 
     Administrator of General Services to provide for the 
     redevelopment of the Old Post Office Building located in the 
     District of Columbia; with an amendment (Rept. 110-724).

       Mr. OBERSTAR: Committee on Transportation and 
     Infrastructure. H.R. 6109. A bill to amend the Robert T. 
     Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to 
     reauthorize the pre-disaster hazard mitigation program, and
