                        MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE

  A message from the Senate by Ms. Curtis, one of its clerks, announced 
that the Senate has passed without amendment a concurrent resolution on 
the House of the following title.

       H. Con. Res. 309. Concurrent resolution authorizing the use 
     of the Capitol Grounds for the District of Columbia Special 
     Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run.

  The message also announced that the Senate has passed bills of the 
following titles in which the concurrence of the House is requested:

       S. 2162. An act to improve the treatment and services 
     provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs to veterans 
     with post-traumatic stress disorder and substance use 
     disorders, and for other purposes.
       S. 2967. An act to provide for certain Federal employee 
     benefits to be continued for certain employees of the Senate 
     Restaurants after operations of the Senate Restaurants are 
     contracted to be performed by a private business concern, and 
     for other purposes.
