                          ENROLLED BILL SIGNED

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 4, 2007, 
the Secretary of the Senate, on October 24, 2007, during the 
adjournment of the Senate, received a message from the House of 
Representatives announcing that the Speaker had signed the following 
enrolled bill:

       H.R. 995. An act to amend Public Law 106-348 to extend the 
     authorization for establishing a memorial in the District of 
     Columbia or its environs to honor veterans who became 
     disabled while serving in the Armed Forces of the United 
     States.

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 4, 2007, 
the enrolled bill was signed on October 24, 2007, during the 
adjournment of the Senate, by the President pro tempore (Mr. Byrd).
