     Valuation of Benefits and Assets; Expected Retirement Age -- 
     received January 2, 2007, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 801(a)(1)(A); 
     to the Committee on Education and Labor.
       599. A letter from the Interim Director, Pension Benefit 
     Guaranty Corporation, transmitting the Corporation's final 
     rule -- Benefits Payable in Terminated Single-Employer Plans 
     -- received January 2, 2007, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 
     801(a)(1)(A); to the Committee on Education and Labor.
       600. A letter from the Interim Director, Pension Benefit 
     Guaranty Corporation, transmitting the Corporation's final 
     rule -- Benefits Payable in Terminated Single-Employer Plans; 
     Allocation of Assets in Single-Employer Plans; Interest 
     Assumptions for Valuing and Paying Benefits -- received 
     January 2, 2007, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 801(a)(1)(A); to the 
     Committee on Education and Labor.
       601. A communication from the President of the United 
     States, transmitting certification that the export to the 
     People's Republic of China of the specified items is not 
     detrimental to the United States space launch industry, and 
     that the material and equipment, including any indirect 
     technical benefit that could be derived from such exports,

     will not measurably improve the missile or space launch 
     capabilities of the People's Republic of China, pursuant to 
     Public Law 105-261, section 1512; (H. Doc. No. 110-14); to 
     the Committee on Foreign Affairs and ordered to be printed.
