EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mr. SESSIONS. Mr. President, as in executive session, I ask unanimous
consent that the Foreign Relations Committee be discharged from further
consideration of Margaret Spelling, PN 9-45; provided further that the
Senate proceed to its consideration.
I further ask unanimous consent that the Senate also proceed en bloc
