                  ORDERS FOR SATURDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2004

  Mr. FRIST. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. on 
Saturday, October 9; I further ask that following the prayer and 
pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings 
be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved, and the 
Senate resume consideration of S. Res. 445, the Senate intelligence 
reform resolution; provided further that the time until 11:15 be 
equally divided between the two managers, with 30 minutes under the 
control of Senator Harkin.
