  Mr. FRIST. I ask unanimous consent that the Judiciary Committee be

immediate consideration of H. Con. Res. 106, American Jewish History 
Month.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk 
will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (H. Con. Res. 106) recognizing and honoring 
     America's Jewish community on the occasion of its 350th 
     anniversary, supporting the designation of an ``American 
     Jewish History Month,'' and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. FRIST. I ask unanimous consent that the concurrent resolution be 
agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, the motion to reconsider be laid 
upon the table, and any statements be printed in the Record.
