  Congratulating National Farmers Union: Committee on Agriculture, 
Nutrition, and Forestry was discharged from further consideration of S. 
Res. 324, congratulating the National Farmers Union for 100 years of

  New York Transportation Conformity Requirements Waiver: Senate passed 
H.R. 3880, to provide a temporary waiver from certain transportation 
conformity requirements and metropolitan transportation planning 
requirements under the Clean Air Act and under other laws for certain

destroyed by acts of terrorism, clearing the measure for the President.
