            SUBMISSION OF CONCURRENT AND SENATE RESOLUTIONS

  The following concurrent resolutions and Senate resolutions were 
read, and referred (or acted upon), as indicated:

           By Mr. SMITH of New Hampshire:
       S. Res. 288. A resolution expressing the sense of the 
     Senate that New Hampshire residents Ken Curran and George 
     McAvoy be honored for their initiative on behalf of the 
     taxpayer and the environment in the construction of the Moore 
     Reservoir Causeway in Littleton, New Hampshire; to the 
     Committee on Environment and Public Works.
           By Ms. SNOWE (for herself, Mr. Biden, and Mr. 
             Sarbanes):
       S. Con. Res. 122. A concurrent resolution expressing the 
     sense of Congress that security, reconciliation, and 
     prosperity for all Cypriots can be best achieved within the 
     context of membership in the European Union which will 
     provide significant rights and obligations for all Cypriots, 
     and for other purposes; to the Committee on Foreign 
     Relations.
