     direct the Secretary of the Interior to transfer certain 
     public lands in Natrona County, Wyoming, to the Corporation 
     of the Presiding Bishop, and for other purposes; with an

       Mr. HANSEN: Committee on Resources. House Concurrent 
     Resolution 395. Resolution celebrating the 50th anniversary 
     of the constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; with

       Mr. HANSEN: Committee on Resources. House Concurrent 
     Resolution 352. Resolution expressing the sense of Congress 
     that Federal land management agencies should fully implement 
     the Western Governors Association ``Collaborative 10-year 
     Strategy for Reducing Wildland Fire Risks to Communities and 
     the Environment'' to reduce the overabundance of forest fuels 
     that place national resources at high risk of catastrophic 
     wildfire, and prepare a National Prescribed Fire Strategy 
     that minimizes risks of escape; with amendments (Rept. 107-
     502 Pt. 1). Ordered to be printed.

     Resolution providing for consideration of the joint 
     resolution (H.J. Res. 96) proposing a tax limitation 
     amendment to the Constitution of the United States (Rept.

       Mr. HASTINGS of Washington: Committee on Rules. House 
     Resolution 440. Resolution providing for consideration of the 
     bill (H.R. 4019) to provide that the marriage penalty relief 
     provisions of the Economic Growth and Tax Relief 
     Reconciliation Act of 2001 shall be permanent (Rept. 107-
