  At the request of Mr. Chafee, the name of the Senator from Ohio (Mr. 
DeWine) was added as a cosponsor of S. 572, a bill to amend title XIX 
of the Social Security Act to extend modifications to DSH allotments 
provided under the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Benefits Improvement 
and Protection Act of 2000.


                                 S. 611

  At the request of Ms. Mikulski, the name of the Senator from Florida 
(Mr. Nelson) was added as a cosponsor of S. 611, a bill to amend title 
II of the Social Security Act to provide that the reduction in social 
security benefits which are required in the case of spouses and 
surviving spouses who are also receiving certain Government pensions 
shall be equal to the amount by which two-thirds of the total amount of 
the combined monthly benefit (before reduction) and monthly pension 
exceeds $1,200, adjusted for inflation.

(Mr. Hutchinson) was added as a cosponsor of S. 630, a bill to prohibit 
senders of unsolicited commercial electronic mail from disguising the

the retirement programs of the United States Park Police and United 
States Secret Service Uniformed Division to receive the adjustments in 
pension benefits to which such annuitants would otherwise be entitled 
as a result of the conversion of members of the United States Park 
Police and United States Secret Service Uniformed Division to a new 
salary schedule under the amendments made by such Act.

                           AMENDMENT NO. 2894

  At the request of Mr. Kohl, his name was added as a cosponsor of 
amendment No. 2894 proposed to S. 565, a bill to establish the 
Commission on Voting Rights and Procedures to study and make 
recommendations regarding election technology, voting, and election 
administration, to establish a grant program under which the Office of 
Justice Programs and the Civil Rights Division of the Department of 
Justice shall provide assistance to States and localities in improving 
election technology and the administration of Federal elections, to 
require States to meet uniform and nondiscriminatory election 
technology and administration requirements for the 2004 Federal 
elections, and for other purposes.


                           AMENDMENT NO. 2915

  At the request of Ms. Collins, the names of the Senator from North 
Dakota (Mr. Dorgan), the Senator from South Dakota (Mr. Johnson) , the 
Senator from Wyoming (Mr. Enzi), and the Senator from Maine (Ms. Snowe) 
were added as cosponsors of amendment No. 2915 proposed to S. 565, a
