                WATER RIGHTS OF AK-CHIN INDIAN COMMUNITY

  Mr. LOTT. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate now 
proceed to the consideration of Calendar No. 813, H.R. 2647.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 2647) to amend the Act entitled ``An Act 
     relating to the water rights of the Ak-Chin Indian 
     Community'' to clarify certain provisions concerning the 
     leasing of such water rights, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. LOTT. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill be 
read a third time and passed, the motion to reconsider be laid upon the 
table, and that any statements relating to the bill be printed in the 
Record.
