     bill to designate Wilson Creek in Avery and Caldwell 
     Counties, North Carolina, as a component of the National Wild 
     and Scenic Rivers System; with an amendment (Rept. 106-500).

       Mr. YOUNG of Alaska: Committee on Resources. S. 613. An act 
     to encourage Indian economic development, to provide for the 
     disclosure of Indian tribal sovereign immunity in contracts 
     involving Indian tribes, and for other purposes (Rept. 106-
     501). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the 
     State of the Union.
       Mr. YOUNG of Alaska: Committee on Resources. H.R. 2484. A 
     bill to provide that land which is owned by the Lower Sioux 
     Indian Community in the State of Minnesota but which is not 
     held in trust by the United States for the Community may be 
     leased or transferred by the Community without further 
     approval by the United States (Rept. 106-502). Referred to 
     the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union.

     H.R. 3222. A bill to amend the Elementary and Secondary 
     Education Act of 1965 to improve literacy through family

     H.R. 3616. A bill to reauthorize the impact aid program under 
     the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 and for

     Resolution providing for consideration of motions to suspend

     Resolution providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 
     1827) to improve the economy and efficiency of Government 
     operations by requiring the use of recovery audits by Federal
