       S. 2004. A bill to amend title 49 of the United States Code 
     to expand State authority with respect to pipeline safety, to 
     establish new Federal requirements to improve pipeline 
     safety, to authorize appropriations under chapter 601 of that 
     title for fiscal years 2001 through 2005, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and 
     Transportation.
