  Mr. ENZI. I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its 
business today, it stand in adjournment until the hour of 9:30 a.m. on 
Friday, September 5. I further ask that on Friday, immediately 
following the prayer, the routine requests through the morning hour be 
granted, and the Senate immediately begin debate on the motion to 
proceed to S. 830, the FDA reform bill, and that the debate time be 
equally divided in the usual form until 9:50 a.m.
