       Shirley Robinson Watkins, of Arkansas, to be a Member of

       Edward M. Gramlich, of Virginia, to be a Member of the 
     Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the

       Roger Walton Ferguson, of Massachusetts, to be a Member of
