Motor Fuels Excise Tax Rates: By a yea-and-nay vote of 301 yeas to 108 
nays, Roll No. 182, the House passed H.R. 3415, to amend the Internal 
Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the 4.3-cent increase in the 
transportation motor fuels excise tax rates enacted by the Omnibus 
Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 and dedicated to the general fund of 
the Treasury.

Committee on Ways and Means with instructions to report it back 
forthwith containing an amendment that strikes all after the enacting
