SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT
[To accompany H.R. 1375]
The Committee on Financial Services, to whom was referred the bill (H.R. 1375) to amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to provide regulatory relief and improve productivity for insured depository institutions, and for other purposes, having considered the same, reported favorably thereon with an amendment and recommended that the bill do pass.
CORRECTION--COMMITTEE VOTES
Pursuant to clause 3(a)(2) of rule XIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives for the 108th Congress, the Committee on Financial Services is filing this supplemental report to correct errors in the report to accompany H.R. 1375, the Financial Services Regulatory Relief Act of 2003 (H. Rept. 108-152, Part 1).
The table listing the names of Members voting for and against for record vote number FC-6 contained an error. On record vote number FC-6, Mr. Gonzalez is incorrectly shown as not having voted when he was recorded as having voted `aye'. The vote total in the description accompanying the table were correct.
The corrected table, along with the description of the amendment, are reprinted below for reference:
An amendment to the amendment in the nature of a substitute by Ms. Waters, no. 1b, striking section 609 (relating to the shortening of the antitrust review period), was not agreed to by a record vote of 27 yeas and 35 nays.
